1 General Provisions

499bet is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms govern all services, promotions, bonuses and account activities on the platform.

In addition to the terms described on this page, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines are considered part of the same agreement. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity, the terms of the relevant specific section shall prevail.

499bet reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of those changes by the user. In the case of significant changes, a notification will be sent to users' registered email addresses.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use any service on 499bet, the user must be at least 21 years of age. Information required for age verification may need to be provided at the time of registration. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and any transactions on such accounts will be considered void.

2.2 Single Account

Each user may open only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and 499bet reserves the right to forfeit any outstanding balance.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

The name, mobile number and other information provided at registration must be accurate and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in the account being suspended or closed. Users are required to promptly notify customer support of any changes to their information.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Terms

bKash, Nagad and Rocket can be used to make deposits on 499bet. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. The mobile banking account used for deposits must be registered in the name of the registered user. Funds sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

bKash, Nagad and Rocket can be used to withdraw deposited funds. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking number registered with the account.

3.3 Verification

For large withdrawal amounts, 499bet may request additional documents for identity verification. The platform reserves the right to hold a withdrawal until this process is completed.

• The source of deposits may be verified.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, withdrawals will remain on hold until the investigation is complete.
• If fraudulent activity is proven, the entire balance will be forfeited.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will add a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount — meaning in the above example, bets totalling ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.2 Bonus Usage Rules

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Withdrawal requests from the bonus balance will not be accepted before the specified wagering requirements are met. 499bet reserves the right to cancel a bonus in the event of bonus abuse or breach of terms.

4.3 Other Promotions

499bet may run various promotions and offers from time to time. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions, which will be stated on the promotion page. In the event of any conflict with these general terms, the specific terms of the promotion will apply.

5 VIP Program

The 499bet VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. A weekly cashback rate is set for each tier. Cashback is calculated based on the total net loss for the week.

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Example: A Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive up to ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 in cashback. Cashback is added directly to the account and its own wagering terms may apply.

Changes in VIP tier are determined based on the user's gaming activity. 499bet reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

499bet may accept or refuse any bet. The platform reserves the right to cancel a bet in the event of a technical error, incorrect odds or other unusual circumstances. The amount of a cancelled bet will be returned to the user's account.

6.2 Result Determination

For sports betting, the official result of the relevant sports body will be considered final. For casino games, results will be determined according to the game server logs. If a displayed result is incorrect due to a technical error, the server data will be authoritative.

6.3 Responsible Gaming

All users are encouraged to follow our Responsible Gaming Guidelines while playing on 499bet. Contact the support team to set deposit limits or to use the self-exclusion option.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 499bet:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to exploit loopholes in bonus terms to generate artificial profit.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly.
• Attempting to hack an account or gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Placing bets using software bots or automated programs.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other users.
• Harassing or threatening platform staff.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by the Platform

499bet may temporarily or permanently close any account for breach of terms, suspicious activity or for the purposes of an investigation. Withdrawals cannot be made while an account is suspended. If the user is found to be innocent following the investigation, the account will be restored.

8.2 Closure by the User

If a user wishes to close their own account, they must contact the support team. The opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance will be provided before the account is closed, provided all terms are met.

11 Limitation of Liability

The 499bet platform provides services on an "as is" basis. 499bet accepts limited liability for losses arising from technical failures, server downtime or issues with third-party services.

If an ongoing bet or game session is interrupted due to an internet connection problem, the result will be determined according to the server logs. 499bet is not responsible for any situation arising from external causes.

12 Mobile Application Terms of Use

The 499bet Android (APK) and iOS mobile apps are available through official channels. These terms and conditions apply equally to use of the app. 499bet will not be responsible for any issues arising from the use of software downloaded from unofficial third-party sources.

All transactions and betting activities carried out through the app are governed by the same terms as the web platform.
