How each market works and what to look for — explained in plain language.
Match Winner
The simplest market — you predict which team will win the match. In T20 there are two outcomes (Team A or Team B); in Test there are three (Team A, Team B or draw).
Toss Winner
Completely independent of the main game — you bet on which team will win the toss. There are only two outcomes and the odds for both sides are usually roughly equal.
Top Batsman
Pick which player will score the most runs in that innings. The odds here can vary more because there are many options.
Total Runs — Over/Under
The bookmaker sets a specific run target. You predict whether the team's runs will be above or below that number. Example: will Team A score more than 160 runs?
Multi Bet
Combine several selections together — if all of them are correct the reward multiplies. Three selections with odds of 1.50 × 1.60 × 1.70 = 4.08 — so a ৳100 bet returns ৳408 if you win; but if any one selection is wrong, the entire ৳100 is lost.
Handicap Betting
To reduce the gap between two teams' strengths, the weaker team is given a hypothetical run advantage. The team whose result is better after the handicap adjustment wins — the margin of runs is what matters.
Understanding Three Odds Formats Together
The same value is written three ways — decimal, fractional and American. All three say the same thing; only the way they are expressed differs.

In the example above, Team A's odds are 2.50 (decimal). A ৳200 bet returns ৳500 if you win — ৳300 profit and your ৳200 stake back; if you lose, ৳200 is gone.
If your preferred team is the favourite, the odds will be lower. For example, Team B win odds of 1.50 means a ৳200 bet returns ৳300 (৳100 profit). In American format this is written as −200 — meaning you need to stake ৳200 to make ৳100 profit.
